Believers Should Know That Riches Can Ruin Us James 5:2-6
come you rich people, wail and howl for the miseries that will happen
to you. 2 Your riches have rotted and your clothes have become
moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver have become corroded. Its poison
will be a witness against you and will eat up your flesh like fire.
You have amassed riches for these final days. 4 Look, the pay of the
workers who harvested your fields, from which you took a cut for
yourself, calls out, and the workers’ pleas for help has entered
